I’ve SOO been there. Struggling to lose weight for years (like 10 years to be exact trying every diet and plan under the sun), then losing it and feeling strong and powerful around this area. Thinking I've actually got this figured out. I even began coaching others to lose weight.
Then came baby number 3.
It felt like a never ending battle to get back to where I felt most comfortable and healthy.

Feeling super defeated wondering why being such a strong woman I just couldn't get a grip on my eating or have the discipline to consistently workout. I mean I was a health coach for the last 8 years?!!!!

My name is Sarah and I am a busy momma of 3 boys. After graduating high school I gained 35 pounds in just 6 months, and felt lost as to how to lose the weight. I spent 10 years trying different diets and random exercise plans, and never could get the weight off. It was discouraging and frustrating. I was tired of how I felt my struggle to lose weight was affecting my self confidence, not to mention consuming so much of my time and emotional energy. I mean why was it so freaking hard to do?! I didn’t need to be a fitness model, I just wanted to be healthy and feel cute in my jeans!
Since then I have helped 100's of women lose weight and keep it off. I've helped busy moms dispel the lie that if they take time to care for themselves it's being selfish or that everything else will fall apart.
Through 1:1 and group coaching I help other women through this season with confidence and hope. Sometimes it's reaching a goal, sometimes it's changing a goal to fit our current season of life. I know that the truth of the matter is that accountability, support, and you showing up are the keys to reaching your goals. (Don't roll your eyes when I say accountability, I see you! I'm a do-it-myself girl too! I get it. But there comes a time when we need the help of others. It's humbling. We can stay where we are or we can be humble enough to admit that what we are doing isn't working.)
In the group you get the support of other moms who understand your struggle and can encourage and help motivate you. Monday-Friday access to me is going to help keep you motivated and on track. Dropping the money to join a group and/or get 1:1 coaching is going to push you to show up in a way you won't do when there is nothing to lose.

Remember above where I mentioned the struggle to lose the 'baby weight' after baby #3? Well, he's 4 now and I still haven't. I'm 168 and my goal weight is 153-155. But I'm reminded of more- that my exercising and eating healthy is about SOO much more than the scale. Do I still hope it moves, if I'm honest, yes. But am I going to let that stop me from helping others or from loving this body of mine? To that I say hell no- I'm owning me. And I want that for you too. We will do this journey together.

What this 6 week Weight Loss Accountability Coaching is NOT:
I am not a personal trainer, nutritionist, doctor or professional health care provider. I will not be writing up meal plans or your workout plan. I will not tell you which diet to follow. I am here to help you do what you already know you should and want to be doing. If you want some ideas we have plenty of space for that in the group, but this is where you get to take ownership of what you think will work best for you. Take back your power that YOU know what your body likes and doesn't like. YOU know what workouts sound fun and what sounds like torture.
This is NOT about fitting into a little black dress. Or a bikini. Or anything. And maybe it is. This is about you staying accountable to what makes YOU feel good. Maybe that’s exercising 4x a week, maybe that’s gaining muscle, maybe it’s making good food choices and has nothing to do with the scale, maybe it’s all about the scale.
Do you get what I’m saying? This is about YOU doing what YOU know will make you the happiest, most confident, energized, and empowered YOU.

The accountability group is held in a private Facebook group that opens up 2 days before our start date and closes 1 week after our 6 week session (If you don't use Facebook then fill out the form and we can just look at 1:1 coaching). It includes:
- Daily access to me Monday-Friday for entire 6 weeks in the Facebook group. ($Priceless.)
- Weekly group coaching calls. ($1500 value.)
- Tips on how to eat for lasting weight loss, to stop the binging and night time cravings, and to really understand what works when it comes to diets so you don’t waste more time on plans that aren’t going to work for you. (Think lifestyle!)
- The tools and mindset to stop comparing yourself to everyone around you and find contentment and confidence in who you are and what you want for your life and family.
- Clear direction on how you spend your time so you can say NO without feeling guilty and say YES to the things that matter most. (A happier momma for sure!)
- You will gain energy to keep up with the demands of your daily life, including your kiddos! In doing this you will find yourself setting an example for your children as they see you truly taking care of yourself like you deserve.

No refunds. It’s in the contract because I know how this works best, it's why this is 6 weeks and not 3 or 4. Week 1 you are excited and all in. Week 2 you are still going off the energy of week 1 and excited about your 'new' plan. Week 3 you either feel great because you see a result you are looking for or you don't see immediate results and wonder if this is even worth all your time and energy. Week 4 you are kind of bored and you HAVE to push through these weeks 4 and 5 to really solidify what you are doing. I add in extra fun challenges this week in our group to keep you engaged. When you push through 6 weeks you experience all the emotions and feel empowered that you can keep doing this. You break through some of the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. You've been super excited, you've had a week that life was crazy and saw you can still make time for yourself, you saw the scale move and then even saw it go up which would have sent you into downward spiral before but not this time. You begin to believe in yourself again.
Trust that when I say 6 weeks is because I want the best for you. It would be easier for me to run a 3 week challenge because all I get to do is help you through the fun, motivated, new 'thing' you are doing. But if that was enough you would've finished the last 'new' thing you started. Right?
