“I can’t wait until next summer!”

Final check in for the last three weeks. I have gained an amazing support group. I am learning how to eat for fuel not for my soul. I only weigh myself every other week so. Since last Thursday I had lost 8lbs and two inches off my waist.I have weaned off diet sodas. I am down to one a day. I enjoy eating raw carrots, sugar snap peas, and celery. I don’t beat myself up if I “choose” to have pizza or chocolate. Which tonight I had three pieces of Halloween candy and enjoyed it. Thank you Sarah Failla for this wonderful opportunity to grow closer to the ultimate goal of being content with who God made me to be. I’m perfectly perfect in his eyes♡♡♡♡ Stretch marks from my babies and all. I feel so much better when I eat healthy. Here is to 3 more weeks of progress. Let’s do this one day at a time!

I met Sarah in 2011. I had started a few new exercise programs. I had so many questions on diet, exercise, the scale, calories burned etc….and I really needed the support. You see, I started at a weight of 243 and a size 20. At the weight of 243, I was so depressed and stressed. I could not play on the floor with my adopted son as my knees and everything else ached. Sarah kept me motivated to carry on and push through. I am now rocking 143 and a size 4 dress pant! Sarah is so motivational and supportive! Thanks Sarah! Love ya!

Thanks Sarah for this group and everyone! I love being a part of groups like this. Keeps me motivated. I lost another 3 this week so I went from 154 to 148 in these 3 weeks! And I feel so much stronger!!

“Unforgettable.”

I’m almost to my mid way goal in weight loss and I have to say. Last Monday when I weighed in I was not quite to where I got before on the scale but I was able to put on a smaller size jeans! I definitely feel stronger this time around and so nice being in this group to keep me going! Usually by this time the weight loss slows down and I begin to lose motivation. But this time since I didn’t just focus on the scale and I am feeling great I WANT to keep going. Thanks Sarah!! And as always… I’m looking forward to the stretch tomorrow. I love Sundays!
