Weight Loss Accountability for Busy Moms!

If you know what you ‘should’ be doing and just aren’t doing it, I can help.

Are you tired of fighting the inner dialogue around how you feel about your body and how you feel about your ability (or lack thereof) to lose weight?

Maybe it’s the baby weight, or perhaps it’s always been your struggle, either way, it’s just frustrating.

You wish it didn't affect your confidence, but it does.

I get it.

You are SO not alone! I understand the struggle with my health and weight. Even as a health coach who had previously helped 100's of women lose weight, I hit a point after baby #3 that I couldn't get the weight off. It was frustrating and discouraging. I even stopped coaching others because I was so at a loss as to how to make this work. Everything I had done before, was not working now. And to top it off, I was so overwhelmed with all of the conflicting information out there that it felt like a hopeless task to even figure out what I should be doing!

Being discouraged and feeling defeated about your body is frustrating. It's hard to admit, but it's even slightly embarrassing that you can't just figure this out, shame creeps in, and it's this cycle in your head of negative self-talk that you wish you could stop already.

You deserve to be at peace with your body, with food, and it shouldn't take rocket science to figure it out. You should be able to be in control of your health in a way that fits your lifestyle so that you can feel amazing and be present to those you love.

No mom should have to struggle to figure this out when there is a simple and effective way forward.

It’s called accountability.

I know. Because it’s what I used in the past to help 100’s of women, and it’s what I had to look for to finally get the weight off after baby #3. (I mean he was almost 5 when it happened so you can see how stubborn I was assuming that I could figure it out on my own!) I finally ate humble pie and got accountable to someone outside myself.

And accountability worked, just like it has for my clients time and time again. And I know it can work for you.

If you are honest, you probably already know the first five things you could be doing to better your health right? But are you doing it? And are you doing it for more than a few days on and then a few days off again?

What could happen if you were consistent for a full six weeks?

Just imagine, being free from the scale determining how you feel about yourself and your day. Being free to love your body and fuel it in a way that helps you reach your goals. And most of all, being able to give your time to the other areas of your life that matter the most to you.

You can keep doing what you are doing and end up with the same results, or you can contact me today to make a change.

What this 6 week Weight Loss Accountability Coaching is NOT:

I am not a personal trainer, nutritionist, doctor or professional health care provider. I will not be writing up meal plans or your workout plan. I will not tell you which diet to follow. I am here to help you do what you already know you should and want to be doing. If you want some ideas we have plenty of space for that in the group, but this is where you get to take ownership of what you think will work best for you. Take back your power that YOU know what your body likes and doesn't like. YOU know what workouts sound fun and what sounds like torture.

This is NOT about fitting into a little black dress. Or a bikini. Or anything. And maybe it is. This is about you staying accountable to what makes YOU feel good. Maybe that’s exercising 4x a week, maybe that’s gaining muscle, maybe it’s making good food choices and has nothing to do with the scale, maybe it’s all about the scale.

Do you get what I’m saying? This is about YOU doing what YOU know will make you the happiest, most confident, energized, and empowered YOU.

How it works:

Real Moms, Real Results…

I am very excited about my results!! So, I started at 166.8 and this mornings weigh in shows I am 158.8!! That is exactly 8 pounds lost! AND I’m still on my period!!! So, it might even be a little more?! My before and after pictures are also REALLY awesome, because I lost the majority of the weight in my “love handles”. I lost a total of 2 inches in my belly, one inch in my butt, 1.5 inches in my waist, and 1.5 inches in each thigh. EXTREMELY happy! I’m so close to my ultimate goal weight, only 10 more pounds!

What is fun and the most rewarding is when my kids walk in on me and say mom only 10 more seconds you can do it keep going. The most rewarding thing for me is to see my strength and stamina versus where I was three weeks ago. There’s no way that I could do 10 lunges on each leg and not feel like I was going to be dying tomorrow. Whereas now I know I can push my body and it responds and it doesn’t kill me the next day. I’m excited that I know just how many ounces I should have certain foods and I will make exercise a priority at least five out of the seven days of the week. So I feel increased energy, less guilt, and a lot more confidence. I am with Sarah on the fact working out isn’t just about weight-loss it’s about preventing all of those other crappy feelings we don’t want to go back to. And when I missed one or two workouts I totally could feel how off I was the next day. I notice I have increased muscle mass, energy and am more determined than ever to carve out me time. It’s hard to do as a full-time single mom who works full-time. But I know in the end it’s better for me and for them and I am setting an example to them that you can set goals and try and reach them the best you can!!
