I’ve SOO been there. Struggling to lose weight for years (like 10 years to be exact trying every diet and plan under the sun), then losing it and feeling strong and powerful around this area. Thinking I've actually got this figured out. I even began coaching others to lose weight.

Then came baby number 3.

It felt like a never-ending battle to get back to where I felt most comfortable and healthy.

Working hard and not seeing results.

Wondering if I can't get this under control now what will happen 10 years from now?

Feeling super defeated wondering why being such a strong woman, I just couldn't get a grip on my eating or have the discipline to consistently workout. I mean, I was a health coach for the last 8 years?!!!!

Being ashamed of my extra weight and even then feeling even more embarrassed that I cared so much. Thinking if my friends knew how much this bothered me or some of the ways I spoke to my body/self about this area, they would be shocked.

My name is Sarah, and I am a busy momma of 3 boys. After graduating from high school, I gained 35 pounds in just 6 months and felt lost as to how to lose weight. I spent 10 years trying different diets and random exercise plans and never could get the weight off. It was discouraging and frustrating. I was tired of how I felt my struggle to lose weight was affecting my self-confidence, not to mention consuming so much of my time and emotional energy. I mean, why was it so freaking hard to do?! I didn't need to be a fitness model, I just wanted to be healthy and feel cute in my jeans!

Since then, I have helped 100's of women lose weight and keep it off. I've helped busy moms dispel the lie that if they take time to care for themselves, it's being selfish or that everything else will fall apart.

Through 1:1 and group coaching, I now help other moms reach their weight loss goals. Sometimes it's reaching their goal, and sometimes it's changing the goal to fit their current season of life. But it's always about allowing ourselves to become a priority, working through the 'other' things in life that food and our weight are buffering us from, and learning to love the journey.

This is where I am unique in that I am a Life Coach, helping you lose weight through coaching and accountability. It’s how I’ve finally lost my weight and kept it off. And so have my clients.

We start with 8 weeks together, and decide where to go from there. Maybe you are good to go on your own, and maybe you know you need the consistency of working with me for a longer time period. It all starts with committing to the first 8 weeks.

I know. Because it’s what I used in the past to help 100’s of women lose weight, and it’s what I had to look for to finally get the weight off after baby #3. (I mean he was almost 5 when it happened so you can see how stubborn I was assuming that I could figure it out on my own!) I finally ate humble pie and got accountable to someone outside myself, and I lost the weight.

And accountability worked, just like it has for my clients time and time again. And I know it can work for you.

If you are honest, you probably already know the first five things you could be doing to better your health, right? But are you doing it? And are you doing it for more than a few days on and then a few days off again?

This is where you need weight loss accountability!  

How it works

The 8-Week Weight Loss Accountability + Body Confidence Program is designed with the understanding that there is not one diet that is best for everyone. I coach moms who count calories, count macros, do Weight Watchers, are Keto, follow a low carb diet, are vegan, and follow a variety of other eating plans. I will not tell you how to eat, you need to come ready to participate in creating a plan that will work for you based on your body, lifestyle, and goals. Throughout your program I will send you resources to help you improve your health and life no matter what diet you are following.

Please take note: I am not a personal trainer, nutritionist, doctor or professional health care provider. I will not be writing up meal plans or your workout plan. I will not tell you which diet to follow. I am a certified Life + Health Coach and am here to help you do what you already know you should and want to be doing. To take back your power that YOU know what your body likes and doesn't like. YOU know what workouts sound fun and what sounds like torture. And I’m going to keep you accountable to those goals.

And as I tell my clients, I am a great coach. But I don’t have magic super powers to make you do anything. Commit to show up, do the work, and together we will transform your body.

By the end of the program, you will not only see a smaller number on the scale and wear a smaller size, you’ll FEEL better.  You’ll have energy, confidence, and feel empowered to reach any goal you set for yourself.

  • Private Access: Eight weeks of 1:1 coaching with me. These are 45 minute coaching calls are held over Zoom, Facetime, or the phone so while I am in CA my clients live all over the States. There is no need to prep for these calls, I will lead the time. Come willing to be open and process and work through whatever has come up for you in the week. You know your weight is not just about the food, be ready to go there for lasting transformation.

  • Daily Accountability: For the first 3 weeks, I expect DAILY check-ins via Voxer (if you take a Sabbath that's fine and we do 6x a week). After the initial 3 weeks we still can check in daily but it doesn't have to be every day- we evaluate and adjust as needed. Examples check ins are: texting me your food log or an image of how many steps you had in a day, checking in on workouts, daily weigh in if that’s in your plan, or reaching out when you are struggling and need support. Once a day I will check all messages and respond.

  • Email Support & Motivation: Included are meal ideas, motivational stories, workout ideas, quotes, and any other fun resources I feel will help you on your particular journey. Access to different articles such as: 3 ways to stop emotional eating and lose weight, affirmations for weight loss, food mood journal, ideas for healthy snacks on the go, 8 metabolism boosting foods, 6 weight loss supporting drinks, 3 ways to lose weight and balance hormones.

  • An Incredible Recipe Guide (if helpful): I know it’s hard to find good food to eat when you are on a weight loss journey!  That’s why I have a huge selection of delicious, chef-tested recipes created from fresh, clean ingredients that will leave you feeling full, satisfied, and energized! You can select either the Vegan OR Omnivore Recipes Guide!

  • Payment Options: I offer pay in full and payment plan options. I DO NOT offer refunds. I feel this policy gives clients a true level of accountability and motivation to stay accountable through the ups and downs which is real life. In extremely limited cases due to unforeseen medical issues and conditions we will consider refunds. In such cases a two week notice and verification of the condition is required.

What is fun and the most rewarding is when my kids walk in on me and say mom only 10 more seconds you can do it keep going. The most rewarding thing for me is to see my strength and stamina versus where I was three weeks ago. There’s no way that I could do 10 lunges on each leg and not feel like I was going to be dying tomorrow. Whereas now I know I can push my body and it responds and it doesn’t kill me the next day. Hi! My name is Sarah and I am a busy mom of 3 boys and just turned 40 this year!

I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I have tried every diet out there and I have had successes and I have struggled. I legit understand the frustration around losing weight because I know it first hand.

I started out coaching by running monthly group coaching programs that were awesome but I wanted to go deeper with fewer clients so I went to school to become a Life and Health Coach so I could do 1:1 coaching effectively.
