I’ve SOO been there. Struggling to lose weight for years (like 10 years to be exact trying every diet and plan under the sun), then losing it and feeling strong and powerful around this area. Thinking I've actually got this figured out. I even began helping others.

Then it came time to get back in shape after baby number 3. He turned one and I thought I should start trying a little. Nothing happened. He turned 2. Still not where I want to be but being 'okay' with it because he's little and I have time right? Then he turned 3. Hmmm...by now I was like what is the deal and why can't I drop this weight? Well friends, he's 4 now.

And it's been 4 years of crazy in my head around this area.

Working hard and not seeing results.

Feeling uncomfortable in my jeans.

Wondering if I can't get this under control now what will happen 10 years from now?

Feeling super defeated wondering why being such a strong woman I just couldn't get a grip on my eating or have the discipline to consistently workout. I mean I was a health coach?!!!!

Being ashamed of my extra weight and even then feeling ashamed that I cared so much. Thinking if my friends knew how much this bothered me or how I talk to myself sometimes they'd be horrified.

 

So...this is probably sounding more bleak than it is inspiriting right?!

My name is Sarah! I am a mom of 3 boys, and a Life Coach. I have been in full time ministry for 20 years. Battling weight has been a part of my story, and that's why I help others.

My goals have never been much more than feeling good in my jeans, adding muscle to feel strong, and wanting to have energy to live this amazing life and keep up with my boys.

I spent 10 years trying different diets and random exercise plans, and never could get the weight off. It was discouraging and frustrating. I was tired of how I felt my struggle to lose weight was affecting my self confidence, not to mention consuming so much of my time and emotional energy. I mean why was it so freaking hard to do?!
